Woodland WEBS

WEBS (Woodland Economy Business Support) is an exciting initiative to help develop new and existing forest related business within The National Forest.

Support is being offered in three ways:

  • Business support and technical advice for development of a whole range of business activities directly connected to woodlands and wood products.
  • Business management planning to assist with the organisation and running of business ventures including advice on business plans.
  • Grants to act as a catalyst for business development including equipment purchase for product development, infrastructure, marketing support particularly for products related to woodfuel, training and specialist consultants.

The Woodland Economy Business Support Officer, Tim Adkin, is based at Moira Replan. Tim brings 25 years experience of managing woodlands to the role. He can be contacted at Moira Replan on 01283 215076 or 07785 742422.
