Licensed to Logo

As the progress of the Forest gathers pace, the National Forest logo is gaining greater recognition and building awareness of the National Forest brand.

The National Forest Company is keen for its partners and for businesses within the Forest to make use of the Forest logo, as a marketing opportunity that will benefit their business. Whilst encouraging its use, the National Forest Company needs to ensure that it is used consistently across everything on which it appears.

The Company publishes Corporate Identity Guidelines which set out how the National Forest logo should be used by its partners and business ventures who wish to promote their location within the Forest. The manual gives guidance on the size and positioning of the logo, colours and fonts and other issues that may help when producing promotional literature.

The National Forest logo is offered to businesses and other organisations under a licensing scheme. Licences are granted to authorised users on a one-year, renewable basis, free of charge, although there may be a small administration charge in the future.(The standard licence does not cover the use of the logo with regards to merchandising - please contact the NFC to discuss this separately).

Over 60 businesses have taken up a licence to date; if this sounds like an opportunity for you please e-mail to
