Safari Parties at Grangewood ZooAwards on Safari

Safari Parties at Grangewood Zoo, one of the Forest's best loved and unique attractions, has recently picked up two prestigious website awards. Their site is delightful: visit www.safari-parties.co.uk and you are transported to another world - the atmosphere of the rainforest is instantly conjured up by exotic tropical sounds.

Actually visit the zoo and you can feed lemurs, hold a boa constrictor, converse with parrots and learn a lot in the process about their natural environment. The zoo has a high success ate in breeding some of the animals, sending endangered species around the world to other small collections. Safari Parties' website won the awards due to "content, ease of navigation, overall quality and consistency of design, and that each page has a purpose: no elements are there purely for show," according to Glyn Jackson, Safari Parties' webmaster.
