E.ON IS UK
Laura Hart, a programme control analyst for E.ON IS UK based in Coventry, took full advantage of the facilities on offer at Rosliston Forestry Centre to create a team building event in the Forest - tree planting was just part of the day.

Laura said:
“As a business we are keen to contribute to the neighbourhoods in which we operate and so community involvement is an integral part of our work. We actively encourage employees to get involved with voluntary activities and last year E.ON employees dedicated nearly 4,000 hours to charitable organisations through team building events and community projects. Knowing that the work we are doing will make a real difference is a great morale booster and staff have the opportunity to develop their skills at the same time.”
