Lloyds TSB Autolease
One of the UK’s largest fleet funding and management companies, Lloyds TSB Autolease has embarked on a long-term partnership with The National Forest Company. It will support the planting of a tree for every new vehicle it delivers to its customers, which is expected to be in excess of 30,000 trees per year.

Mark Chessman, Finance Director of Lloyds TSB Autolease, who lives in Swepstone within The National Forest boundary, comments:
“We’re really delighted to be able to announce this fantastic partnership. We take the environment very seriously and encourage our customers to do the right thing by reducing their carbon footprints rather than just paying money to offset them. However, we wanted to make our own contribution, as a business; this collaboration allows us to make our own investment in the environment and the British landscape.”
Sophie Churchill, Chief Executive of the National Forest Company, adds:
“We are delighted that The National Forest is the chosen beneficiary of this substantial environmental investment by Lloyds TSB Autolease. The NFC is always pleased to work with companies which recognise the environmental impact of their operations; planting in The National Forest is a great way of expressing this green commitment. The site supported by Lloyds TSB Autolease is in the central former coalfield area of the Forest, some of which has already been transformed: however the creation of The National Forest is by no means complete and this investment will be a great asset for us. I hope that employees and customers of the company will be active supporters and we look forward to further collaboration.”
