Comedy in the Dark is raising money for a new wood in The National Forest
Comedy Wood is a real wood, of oak, ash and birch trees, to be planted in The National Forest with donations from comedy promoters, performers and audience members, in spring 2011. It will be open to the public to enjoy as it grows.
Comedy Wood and Comedy in the Dark are two elements of the Greening The Laughs programme. The aim is to promote responsible attitudes towards the environment and lower the carbon footprint of comedy events.
