The Forest's creation

Tree planting

The National Forest is one of Britain's boldest environmental projects, creating a Forest for the nation across 200 square miles, embracing parts of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire.

You can help create this 'forest in the making' through our plantatree scheme. You will receive a certificate and be invited to a special tree planting day. This makes a great gift.
