Once the home of Victorian Prime Minister, William Lamb, who as second Viscount Melbourne gave his name to the Australian city.  This historic house and garden is now home to Lord and Lady Ralph Kerr and their family. Craft units and cafe in the hall grounds.

NGS Open Garden ~ The Dower House

A beautiful view of Melbourne Pool from balustraded terrace, the garden drops steeply by paths and steps to lawn with herbaceous border and bank of roses; glade, orchard, hellebores, small woodland and rose tunnel plus bog planting, rockery, vegetable and herb gardens. Childrens animal search, many seats, wheelchair access, dogs allowed, plants for sale and refreshments available.

A beautiful view of Melbourne Pool from balustraded terrace, the garden drops steeply by paths and steps to lawn with herbaceous border and bank of roses; glade, orchard, hellebores, small woodland and rose tunnel plus bog planting, rockery, vegetable and herb gardens. Childrens animal search, many seats, wheelchair access, dogs allowed, plants for sale and refreshments available.

A 17 acre Historic Garden with an abundance of rare trees and shrubs, woodland and waterside planting with extensive herbaceous borders. Other garden features include Bakewells wrought iron arbour, a yew tunnel and fine 18th Century statuary and water figures. Gravel paths, wheelchair access, uneaven surfaces, some steep slopes and refreshments available.
