Saturday Talk

The History of a 17th Century School by local archaeologist, Susie McGraw, delves into the restoration, Victorian reform and daily life of the school. This is an illustrated, costumed talk with original artefacts of the time which tell stories of a reformed school life.

Tickets cost £5 and talks last approximately 1 hour with time to chat and light refreshments afterwards. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Eyes Down Bingo Night

The Archaeology of the Peak District with local archaeologist Matthew Beresford. An arcaeological tour, examining sites such as the Neolithic henge of arbor Low, Mam Tor Iron Age hill fort and the Roman farmstead at Roystone Grange.

Tamarisk Parents Choir in Concert

Join Tamarisk Parents Choir for Mozart's Toy Symphony and the story of Daisy-Sarah- Dragon-Scarer, with appearances by Shrek and Princess Fiona and lots of opportunities for childen to jangle and bash instruments along to musical classics.

Free but donations welcome. All monies will go to support the Tamarisk Parents Choir.
