A 1995 Tender Scheme success adjacent to Grace Dieu Wood and Whitwick, Sping Barrow Lodge covers 3.6ha of broadleaf planting accessible to the public in a picturesque and quiet setting.
The woodland forms an extension of Grace Dieu Wood and offers new informal access in a popular area. Grassy paths allow you to walk among the planted native broadleaf trees and shrubs. Natural regeneration from Grace Dieu Wood is being encouraged. An access link exists to nearby Cademan Wood.
