Join us in growing the future together.

The National Forest is one of the boldest environmentally-led regeneration initiatives in the country – transforming a post-industrial landscape by creating a forest across 200 square miles of the Midlands.

Since the early 90s, over nine million trees have been planted, and today with the support of donors, funders, partners, businesses and communities, the National Forest is continuing to take a dynamic approach to the climate crisis by delivering solutions that benefit us all and show real sustainability in action.

The National Forest Company, the charity which creates and manages the National Forest, are looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager to join its Development Team. This role will help shape its Income Generation Strategy and deliver the Fundraising programme.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, positive, tenacious, energetic and adaptable. You’ll have a passion for the environment, be determined to make a difference and enjoy working collaboratively. Ideal candidates will have at least five years’ experience in fundraising roles along with exceptional people skills and a self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude. This role will be wide-ranging with lots to do, so strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload will be essential.

For the right candidate, it offers an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a highly successful organisation with a strong sense of purpose.
