Role: Fundraising Officer

This is a full time, fixed term for 18 Months post working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be appointed within the Executive Officer salary range of £24,918 to £26,584 per year.

The National Forest Company are looking to recruit a Fundraising Officer to join its Development Team. This new role will support the income generation strategy for the National Forest, helping to recruit new corporate partners, enhance stewardship activities, improve donor journeys, help to develop new supporter engagement events and assist in the research of potential fundraising opportunities including trusts and foundations and grant making organisations.

We are looking for someone with a passion for sustainability, determination to make a difference and who enjoys working collaboratively. Ideal candidates will have at least three years’ experience in a fundraising or account management role along with exceptional people skills and a self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude. This role will be wide-ranging with lots to do, so strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload will be essential.
