Role: Project Officer 

(This is a full time, fixed term post until 30 September 2022 of 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be appointed within the HEO salary range of £28,890 - £32,000 per annum.)

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Officer. You will work within the Forest Society team supporting our schools outdoor learning programmes, and volunteering and community activities. You will be responsible for project managing one of five national outdoor learning pilots which delivers woodland based outdoor learning across schools in more deprived areas. As well as coordinating our community small grants, partner agreements and supporting development of new projects and funding bids. 

You will be highly organised with project management experience. You will be required to establish robust systems of monitoring and reporting, ensure effective management of project performance and budgets, and develop and manage positive relationships with the wider team, external partners, and funders.
