Role: Evidence Officer (Graduate)
We are now looking for an Evidence Officer (Graduate) to join us on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months, working 37 hours per week, with the potential for extension depending on funding. The successful applicant will be appointed within the salary of £28,435 – £29,753 per annum (depending on experience).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a relevant degree and GIS knowledge to join our passionate, forward-thinking organisation.
In this rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of meaningful change, helping to shape a greener, healthier future by tackling environmental challenges, protecting vital ecosystems, and making a real difference in the lives of local communities.
From day one, you’ll be supported through a tailored induction, ongoing development opportunities, and enriching volunteering experiences that build your skills and strengthen your connection to the people and places we serve.
As an Evidence Officer, you will work with a wide range of data to help demonstrate the environmental, social and economic impact of our activities.
Specifically, you will track and report key metrics and KPIs on the Forest’s long-term impact and maintain and update spatial data records using the NFC GIS.
You will also collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deepen your understanding of our ongoing initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis practices.
