Sharpe’s Pottery Museum is a fascinating social history museum in the market town of Swadlincote at the heart of the National Forest.
Since the early 1970s when the first potter moved in, the Ferrers Centre for arts and crafts at Staunton Harold, has been a creative hub for makers and crafters.

With an impressive views over the Trent Valley, Sinai Park has a fascinating history dating back to the Roman era.
