Norman's Barn

Benefitting from its unique position at Ingles Hill Farm, Norman's Barn is one of the highest points in Leicestershire.  

The spacious accommodation comprises a large lounge diner with vaulted ceiling. An oak staircase takes you to a galleried landing leading to a twin bedded room with en-suite facilities.

The double bedded room is down stairs. This has an en-suite with shower.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary items, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, etc.

There is plenty of parking. Dogs are accepted by arrangement.

Whilst here you can enjoy the freedom of walking 140 acres of woodland and parkland from outside your back door, or walk down to the bustling town of Ashby de la Zouch. If you do not wish to walk or drive there is even a bus stop outside the farm gate!

There is plenty to do in the area for all tastes. National Trust properties, Calke Abbey, Sudbury Hall, Kedleston Hall. 

Ashby Castle which once 'housed' Mary Queen of Scots is English Heritage.

We are within easy reach of Derbyshire with Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall.

For the more enegetic Swadlincote ski slope is 3 miles away and Tamworth Snowdome about half an hour. Willesley golf club is two miles, Breedon is about 5 and there is a golf range at Coalville. Fishing is next door or at Foremarke reservoir.

Conkers and Moira Furnace are both nearby.

We are within easy access of Birmingham and the NEC, Castle Donington race track, East Midlands Airport, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham to name but a few.

Or, you may wish to treat yourself to a pampering day at Champneys which is three miles away.

If you don't wish to cook on your return home, there is a pub less then ten minutes walk either side of the farm and plenty of different eateries in the town.
