Upper Rectory Farm Cottages

Upper Rectory Farm Cottages are a collection of delightful self-catering cottages set amid the rolling cornfields on the edge of the lovely village of  Appleby Magna. Our cottages sit around 3 pretty adjoining courtyards and sleep 2, 4, 6 or 8 and some even interconnect to sleep 22 so you can bring your friends, have that old school reunion, celebrate Grannie's 80th. in style with the family!.  They each have a kitchen/sitting room, and no worries about sharing bathrooms - every bedroom has it's own ensuite bath or shower room - and they all have fabulous views out across the fields!  We often see hares, buzzards, rabbits, little owls, skylarks and even the odd fox if you're lucky!  There are 2 miles of private farm roads to stroll along  and enjoy our wonderful sunsets - or blow the cobwebs away on a windy day! Don't worry about parking - you can leave your car right outside the door in the courtyard. We are only 10 minutes from Conkers near the centre of the National Forest and near very many of the attractions and activities.
