This series of six workshops will combine slow cycling, creativity and sensory engagement, inspired by the woodland landscapes of the Heart of the National Forest.
The sessions are designed for adults aged 18 and above and take a neurodiverse informed approach. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with the option to cycle, walk or pause as needed, whilst exploring the landscape through drawing, mark making and natural materials.
There will be the chance to create individual artworks inspired by colour, texture, light and atmosphere, which will later be combined into a collective piece, reflecting the shared experience of place and creativity.
