There is a lovely enclosed garden to the rear, with separate decked area for dining.  A gate at the end of the garden provides direct access to the park where walking/cycling trails can be accessed and is of course perfect for walking!

Located within the heart of the National Forest the accommodation is 1.6 miles from the centre of Swadlincote, 6.0 miles from Ashby-de-la-Zouch and 5.5 miles from Burton-on-Trent.   A dry ski slope and cycling trails, as well as endless walks can be enjoyed within close proximity.  It is well located for several city centres including Leicester which is 18.6 miles, 24.2 miles to Birmingham and 21.1 miles to Nottingham. The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport which is 9.9 miles away.
