Unable to plant their own trees because of space, they discovered the National Forest's website and chose to dedicate a grove for their children and future generations as a way of giving back to the environment.
The grove holds deep meaning for their family, especially after their daughter was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer shortly after having a baby. This made them value every day and want to create something lasting in a beautiful place.
For Hilary and Paul, their grove represents pride, joy, and the fulfilment of leaving a legacy for future generations.
If you have been inspired by Hilary and Paul's story and would like to support the planting of a complete woodland grove then do get in touch with us to find out more information. Alternatively, you can support our work by making a donation or by dedicating a tree.
