The National Forest Trek - The 75 Mile Challenge WalkJoin now
We are extremely disappointed to announce that the inaugural National Forest Trek, planned for 18 -20 September, has been postponed until 2021. Despite our best efforts, the charity partners and organising team have sadly concluded that it will no longer be possible to deliver our first event in 2020 due to the current uncertainty around whatever restrictions might apply in September. All those that have previously entered will be offered a full refund, or deferral to the inaugural National Forest Trek now taking place from 17 -19 September 2021.
A truly transformational journey awaits. A fully supported, immersive experience covering the verdant and rewarding 75 miles of the waymarked National Forest Way.
Three charities have partnered together to create the National Forest Trek®, a new fundraising challenge event building hope for the future by transforming lives and creating a forest for everyone to enjoy, whilst ensuring that those who have served the public are never forgotten.
You’ll be supported all the way from Beacon Hill, near the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC), through ancient woodland and newly planted trees, to the finish at the National Memorial Arboretum, the nation’s year-round centre of remembrance. Join the National Forest Trek and you’ll be walking together for a better future.
Don't fancy the whole 75 mile walk over 3 days? Why not join us for the 2 day, 1 day or 5K trek instead.
